Busy, fast-paced, swimming pool company in need of a team player to handle the dispatching, distributing and scheduling for all commercial and residential clients. Pool experience a plus but not necessary. Must handle inventory tracking of chemicals and parts along with keeping a neat, organized small warehouse.

Computer skills must include word, excel and scheduling through our service program which will will train you to use. Must be able to multitask, handle customer and employee phone calls/text messages. General knowledge of the demographics of NJ especially Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Must be comfortable working in a small office space with others, while maintaining focus on the job at hand. Must be willing to help with all office demographics, as well as working independently with the ability to self-motivate and prioritize workload. Salary/hourly pay based on experience; the position will start off part time and can grow into a full time, year round position.
