OUR POLICIES:
REFUND POLICY is as follows. For CPO® Services, a refund will be given prior to 14 days of the class less a $35 cancellation fee and a 5 percent credit card charge. No refund will be given in the two week period before the start of the class. For products, refunds will be given on unopened returned merchandise within 30 days of purchase minus a 15 percent restocking. Shipping fees are not refundable. All refunds are in the form of a check. ONLINE TRAINING IS ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE.
REGISTRATION: All students must be registered and paid prior to the class. Registration can be made by phone, mail or internet. Walk-ins are not accepted.
PAYMENT: We accept check/money order/purchase in the mail. We accept credit cards over the phone or at our website www.pooloperationmanagement.com. Payments must be paid prior to class. We do not bill.
CPO® CREDIT: You may obtain credit for you payment to attend a class one calendar year from your scheduled class date by calling the office prior to your class. A transfer fee will apply. If you do not call or call after the class, no credit is available.
BOOK POLICY: Books are only shipped to the home address. If the book is lost by the recipient when shipped to the home address, a new book must be purchased for $75. If you want the materials shipped to the business address and they are lost by either the shipper or recipient, a new book must be purchased for $75. Books will not be sent during the late period, which is the two weeks before the start of the class.
SHIPPING POLICY: All items are only shipped to addresses in the United States. If you wish to have them shipped outside of the United States, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact our office at 732-451-1040.
RETEST POLICY: Any student who has taken the course with our company and does not pass the exam is extended a discounted retest fee. To retest, you must call the office.
INDEMNITY: By registering for a class, student is confirming that he/she will attend the Certified Pool Operator® course. Pool Operation Management is teaching the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance’s Certified Pool Operator® course and utilizing the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance’s Certified Pool-Spa Operator® Handbook. Any information presented in this class is presented to enable the student to pass the test. Information is based on industry standards and may not be applicable to the student’s pool. Along these lines, instructors may tell procedures and tips that they use in the field, which may not be applicable to your pool or situation. The student shall indemnify and hold harmless Pool Operation Management, its officers, agents and employees against and from all suits, demands, claims, damages or costs of suits including attorney’s fees to which student’s pool/employer/business/organization may incur.
RESIDENTIAL POOL INSPECTION CANCELLATION POLICY: Must cancel prior to 24 hours or there is a $75.00 cancellation fee which can be applied to another inspection if you reschedule within the same year.

WE ARE NOT PROVIDED WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
