The online training package consists of your online primer training which covers all 18 chapters in the Pool & Spa Operator™ Handbook and then attending a Day 1 course session or Day 2 of the two day course after successful completion of the online primer training to take your exam.

Description

The online primer training course covers all 18 chapters in the Pool & Spa Operator™ Handbook. There are 8 online lessons associated with the CPO® Certification course. There is a test at the end of each lesson, for which you must achieve a 80% on each, otherwise you have to review material again and retake the test. You can take up to 6 months to complete the online. You can sign in and out as many times as you want. Once you complete all the lessons, you are then able to print a certificate of completion for the online portion.

After successful completion of the online primer, attend this Day 2 in-person classroom session to take your exam. You must present your online completion certificate in order to attend the class. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. You have 6 months from completion of your online training to complete your training with an instructor and take your exam. Online CPO® Certification is NON-REFUNDABLE. Books will not be sent during the late period, which is the two weeks before the start of the class. Books are only shipped to the home address. If the book is lost by the recipient when shipped to the home address, a new book must be purchased for $75.00.If you want the materials shipped to the business address and they are lost by either the shipper or recipient, a new book must be purchased for $75. Books will not be sent during the late period, which is the two weeks before the start of the class.
