The online course covers all chapters in the Pool/Spa Operator® Handbook. There are online lessons associated with the CPO® Certification course. Check out the outline here. There are knowledge checks included after each lesson. There is a final exam. Once you complete all the lessons, you are then able to print a certificate of completion for the online portion. Candidates are allowed 6 months after completing the POP course to attend a CPO course and complete the training with an instructor and take your exam, either in-peron or virtually. This certificate must be presented at the Day 2 classroom training in order for admittance and to take the exam. ONLINE PRIMER TRAINING IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
After successful completion of the online primer, attend this Day 2 in-person classroom session to take your exam. You must present your online completion certificate in order to attend the class. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. You have 6 months from completion of your online training to complete your training with an instructor and take your exam. Online CPO® Certification is NON-REFUNDABLE. Books will not be sent during the late period, which is the two weeks before the start of the class. Books are only shipped to the home address. If the book is lost by the recipient when shipped to the home address, a new book must be purchased for $80.00.If you want the materials shipped to the business address and they are lost by either the shipper or recipient, a new book must be purchased for $80.00.
